Helpful Tips for Anxious Kids





Here is a helpful book for children with anxiety titled What To Do When You Worry Too Much.  This is an interactive, developmentally friendly book for kids to use with adults with activities built in.

Another useful book from the aforementioned series to help children cope with their anger. 

Here is an informative article with a good explanation about Brain Gym.  This article gives helpful examples of different exercises and how to do them.  Many of our teachers use these exercises throughout the day for movement breaks to help get out some energy and keep the students focused.
